Reiki Master Practitioner

I offer one-on-one counselling and Reiki energy healing to adults and youth, specialising in substance use concerns, mental health challenges, trauma-related crises, and overall wellness.

My approach is client-centred and holistic, based on the understanding that you are the only expert in your life story, and that your life has many layers. I will work with you to identify the sources of your concerns, come up with personalised strategies for moving forward, and make plans for you to continue to foster a strong sense of well-being and growth.

My services include in-person or virtual counselling, and Reiki energy healing for individuals throughout New Brunswick.

My
Values

empathy
collaboration

empowerment
non-judgement

Here's how I work:

I believe that the most important element in effective counselling is a healthy and trusting relationship between the client and the counsellor.

You are the expert when it comes to your life and your feelings, not me. I aim to assist you as you work through life's challenges, and I can only do that if you feel safe enough to share your thoughts and feelings with me.

It's my job to earn and maintain your trust by providing an atmosphere of safety and non-judgement.

Once that rapport is established, then the real work of healing and recovery can begin.
